Third day of protests in Varna over high prices of fuels

Residents of the Bulgarian coastal city of Varna are gathering in front of the building of the municipality on 12^th of November. Their dissatisfaction is directed against the 30% increase in taxes of old cars and the the raising cost of the Third Party Liability Insurance.

The protestors also opposed the introduction of the bonus-malus system.
