Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Boyko Borissov will be in Greece to attend the Fourth Summit in Thessaloniki. The forum is under the auspices of Greek President Procopius Pavlopoulos and will be held on November 14 and 15, the government press office said on November 14. The meeting will also be attended by the Prime Ministers of Greece and the Republic of North Macedonia, Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Zoran Zaev.
The forum will discuss the prospects for business development and economic growth in the countries of the region.
In the context of enhanced regional cooperation, participants will discuss opportunities to increase investment, continue transport and energy infrastructure projects that will contribute to the economic progress and connectivity of the countries in the region and in Europe.
Prior to the forum, Prime Minister Boyko Borissov will meet with Greek Prime Minister , Kyriakos Mitsotakis. The focus of the talks between the two heads of government will be on the continuation of the development of bilateral strategic partnership, with a focus on the implementation of regional transport and energy projects, as well as on the opportunities for stimulating trade and economic ties.
