Aging of the workforce and how to promote longer working life are among the topics of an international conference on "The Future of Work", taking place in Sofia on 21st and 22nd of March.
The forum is part of the programme of the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU and will discuss opportunities for improving policies in the field of education, training and retraining, with around 150 representatives of international institutions, social partners, civil society representatives and politicians.
