The European perspective of the countries from the Western Balkans is an engine for reform and cooperation. EC has a strategic interest in integrating the region, Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said in Geneva at a working dinner with participants in the leaders meeting within the Strategic Dialogue for the Western Balkans, held in Geneva.
Prime Minister Borisov emphasized Bulgaria's consistent efforts on the topic, focusing in particular on the enormous work done during the Bulgarian Presidency of the EU Council and on the upcoming Presidency of the Berlin Process, which Bulgaria will have together with the Republic of North Macedonia.
