The agenda of the sitting, convened on the basis of art. 78, item 1 of the Constitution, includes first reading of the draft law on amendments to the state budget for 2020 put forward by the Council of Ministers on March 31 and the first reading of the draft law on amendments to the Energy Act, tabled by MP Valentin Nikolov.
