Bulgaria’s Eurovision contestant with song cover supporting stray dogs adoption

Victoria Georgieva - VICTORIA presented her Christmas cover - "Come Out And Play". The new video clip of the talented singer, who will represent Bulgaria at Eurovision 2020, is dedicated to the cause of adopting stray animals. In the video, Victoria is surrounded by dogs that have already found a home with new and loving owners.

VICTORIA, singer: I love my animals very much - I have five dogs, two rabbits and one parrot. All my dogs are adopted and this is a cause very close to my heart. With this project, I want to bring attention to the problems of stray animals, and to thank all the amazing people who take their time to help stray dogs and cats find their new home.

One of VICTORIA’s dog is adopted from the shelter of Animal Rescue Sofia. The organization operates the only private dog shelter in Sofia and has found new homes for more than 8,000 animals.

The Come Out And Play video is produced by Ligna Studios and Four Elementz. The director of the video is Victoria Karakoleva and the camera operator is Rossen Savkov. The original of the song is by Billie Eilish and Finneas O'Connell.

VICTORIA is from Varna. She participated in the fourth edition of the talent show X Factor Bulgaria, where she reached the top 5. She then began her solo career and released several solo songs as part of Monte Music.

Since the spring of 2018, VICTORIA is an independent artist and has released two singles - Strange Times and I Wanna Know, with the second being produced in Los Angeles by the team working with Zayn (ZAYN) and other established artists on the global music market. The same project was selected from the 500 candidates at the Spanish MelbossOpen Festival in Madrid. This makes her the first Eastern European artist at such a prestigious event.

In the summer of 2018, she completed the summer course at Berkeley University in Valencia. In November 2019, she was selected to represent Bulgaria at Eurovision 2020 in Rotterdam. Her song will be presented in early March.
