One of them suggests employers who delay payments to workers, to be obliged to pay them within 3 months. In the event the company goes insolvent, the labour inspection agency will have the right to monitor if insolvent companies pay the amounts they owe to the employees. Another change proposes that employers who owe payments to workers to not have the right to transfer or sell the company.
