State of emergency declared in Mizia after downpours

Streets and ground floors in Mizia, North-West Bulgaria after the heavy rainfall early in the morning on 10th of July. Emergency teams already pump water out of places of residents affected by thye floods. There is a landslide on the road to Oryahovo. The level of the Skat River is critically high, but it has not overflowed yet.

Code yellow for rainfalls has been in place for eight districts in Central Bulgaria.
